Art From The Heart is a journey of monthly creative workshops dedicated to authentic self-expression and somatic awareness. This package includes 6 workshops. Each workshop will be recorded and sent to all members to enjoy retrospectively.

These workshops are intended to unleash your creativity, but are also here to bring you back to your body.

Every month, we will be exploring a creative theme, such as music, writing, drawing, photography, poetry, somatic flow, and more. The body is the origin of your art, so each workshop will invite you to create from that space.

Blending both of my passions of somatic inquiry and artistic expression, these workshops will be magically potent, cathartic, and hopefully healing.
